Linda Lee Feight

After graduation I spent two years at Newcomb College (the girl's part of Tulane) in New Orleans and then transferred to Florida to major in education.

John (Class of 59) and I were married July 4, 1964 and set out for NYC where he worked in advertising and I taught school in White Plains, NY. Shortly after our first son's (Scott) birth we moved to Atlanta. The next year our second son (Drew) was born. John continued in the advertising/marketing business and I was a stay-at-home mom until our boys were both in school.

It was around this time that John started painting and having art shows. I went back to teaching and it wasn't long until John started The Foundation for Hospital Art. (Check it out at

My life centered around raising our boys (and all the fun that was), teaching first grade, and being a part of John's efforts to brighten hospital walls. It's been a great ride... from painting with the homeless to traveling the world... there's never been a dull moment.

I've been retired since 2002 and now spend my time on volunteer activities such as delivering Meals on Wheels and tutoring Latinos after school, and of course, the foundation (which our son Scott has just taken over).

I can't wait to catch up with all of you!
