70, of Sarasota, FL, died on Jan. 10, 2013.
Lewie was born
and raised in Sarasota. He was an electrical contractor
for 35 years, a member of the National Woodturners and
the Sarasota Woodturners. He was predeceased by his
brother Bobby Archibald of Arkansas. His survivors
include his wife of 49 years, Lynn; sons, Todd and his
wife, Teri Archibald, and Brian Archibald; brothers,
Gary and Doug Archibald, all of Sarasota; five
grandchildren, Jessica and Gatlin Archibald, Caitlin and
Blake Rathfelder of Sarasota and Matthew Coppens of
Venice; one great-grandchild, Jaxson Coppens of Venice.
He will leave a big hole in our hearts.
In the end he was the one to win
and the rest of us lost; as per his request, there will be no services at this time.
"In a final tribute to Lewie, please hug your family and tell them how much you love
them while you still can!"
